Primax Compozit Home Systems provides various online and offline marketing campaigns to consumers. For the purposes of our online campaigns we have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our Web sites. Some of our Web sites may contain links to other sites. Primax Compozit Home Systems is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
By participating in marketing campaigns presented by Primax Compozit Home Systems or visiting our Web site, you agree, without limitation, to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and also accept, without limitation or qualification, all terms and conditions concerning these campaigns and Web site. We may at any time revise these terms and conditions. Collection of Information
E-Mail Marketing
In general, we may collect personal information from recipients of our marketing campaigns and visitors to our Web site when they voluntarily provide it to us by (1) completing our registration form or a survey, (2) registering for a contest or sweepstakes, (3) electing to use one of our services, or (4) contacting us (including our webmaster, customer service representatives, or other employees) by email. In the event that Primax Compozit Home Systems or any of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal information acquired by us may be one of the assets transferred.
